ARC MOBILE SERVICES
Mobile Notary and Loan Signing Agent
ARC provides notarial services at times and locations convenient to you, including professional offices, medical facilities, public locations such as coffee shops and homes. I also provide loan signing services for real estate sales and loan refinancing. Appointments are available Monday through Saturday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday and after-hours appointments are available for additional fees.
Based in Exton, Chester County, I travel throughout Chester, Montgomery, Berks, Delaware and Lancaster Counties. Travel fees apply.

FEES
Maximum Notary fees as specified by the Secretary of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Additional administrative and travel fees will apply.
ACKNOWLEDGMENTS
$5 for first signature
$2 for each additional signature
An acknowledgement confirms your understanding and willingness to sign a document.
VERIFICATIONS ON OATH OR AFFIRMATION
$5 for each signature
By signing in a notary's presence, you are swearing or affirming that the contents of the documents are true.
CERTIFICATES (COPY CERTIFICATION)
$5 per certified copy
A notary is authorized to certify or attest that a copy of a record or a deposition transcript is a complete and accurate reproduction of an original record or transcript. A notary must have the original record or transcript in hand to make the comparison.
OATHS/AFFIRMATIONS
$5 per individual taking an oath
An oath is a public declaration, usually based on appeal to a higher power, that the person making the declaration will keep a promise or perform a duty faithfully. An affirmation is equivalent to an oath but without reference to a higher power.
WITNESSING OR ATTESTING SIGNATURES
$5
The notary attests that he or she was present and saw the customer sign the record.
PROTESTS
$3 per page
Pennsylvania notaries are authorized to issue protests under Section 3505 of the Uniform Commercial Code.
WHAT IS A
NOTARY PUBLIC?
A Notary Public is an official of integrity appointed by the state to serve the public as an impartial witness in performing a variety of official fraud-deterrent acts related to the signing of important documents. Signers must be identified by acceptable ID, personal knowledge or credible witness.
Pennsylvania notaries are authorized to take acknowledgements, administer oaths or affirmations, take verifications on oath or affirmation, witness or attest signatures, certify or attest copies of records or transcripts of depositions, and note protests of negotiable instruments.
